link not working

    Hi for over a year I have been displaying full issue newspapers for readers. I followed my usual steps to add the next monthly newspaper link. But it wont work
    This is under custom html and widgets.
    Is there a document that displays the steps or not sure what to do?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
