Link of Word press,email,user account and Afrihost

Good day
My name is Bongani and I recently installed the WordPress on my afrihost domain ,under domain name http://www.muscleup.co.za and signed up for WordPress to build my site which I believe I had registered the email account (email visible only to moderators and staff) as support email and when I went to try to Log in to my account of WordPress it recognizes my account, but my password is rejected and I am sure I entered the correct password and I would appreciate if my (muscleup) account could be properly linked with my domain name (www.muscleup.co.za) signed up with Afrihost and linked with my support email ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) or (email visible only to moderators and staff) .
Please advise the best way to resolve this matter

Can you be sure you’re logging in here? muscleup.co.za/wp-admin
If that doesn’t work, contact your host to be sure you have backups and can access the hosting side of your site, then read all of these these instructions from WordPress.org to determine which method you want to use to regain access to your installation:
