Link opening in new web page

  I can’t seem to find where to change when a reader clicks a link for it to open a new webpage not load over my blog page.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  When you insert/edit a link, a pop-up box opens containing two text fields–URL and Title–and a checkbox to open the link in a new window/tab. To have the link open in a separate page, check the checkbox and click the Add Link/Update button.
