  I would like to create a page that when clicked on links straight through to another site. Please could you let me know if this is possible.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s what a link normally does when it is in the content area. It sounds like perhaps you want to add a link like that into the main menu though. To do that, you can add a custom menu item. See this help page for more details:
