Link pinned post to URL

  I’m using the Fontfolio theme and have the CSS upgrade.
  I want to pin a post to the home page, then allow user to hyperlink to another URL that is not the actual post that has been pinned.
  In other words, clicking on the pinned post takes the user to some other location, possibly outside of the WP env — such http://www.mynewenv.com

  Can I do this?
