Is there a setting to make link posts open in a new window/tab? If not, that would be a great option to add. Thanks!

If you mean links you add in your website, yes you can have them open in a new window/tab.
You cn highlight e text you want to link, hit the link button and a popup box will let you enter the URL you want to link to and also gives you the option to checkmark “Open link in new window/tab.”

I know how to make a link within the body of a post open a link in a new tab. My question is how to make the title of a link post open a link in a new tab/window. (I think that only certain themes support link posts – i.e., the title of a post is a link. The twenty fifteen theme does support link posts.)
