Link shows up as comment?

  So when I create a link in a new post to another post on my own blog, it shows up as a comment. Is this supposed to happen? I feel like the first one or two times I did this, it didn’t happen. It really only annoys me because I think I’m getting a hit but it’s just me, and it seems like clutter. Thanks!
