You can’t change the permalink structure. All URLs will look like this:
http://example.com/2015/10/13/sample-post/But you can create a shortlink to your post and it will look something like this
http://wp.me/p6JSvR-i -

The first one is much more SEO friendly.
WordPress.com blogs and websites are very search friendly by default.

But now I have duplicate content because I have one post here : http://szorftabor.org/2015/10/13/szorftabor/ and on my main page I also have the same : http://szorftabor.org/ I would need the post only on my main page , no? -
By default, WordPress.com displays your latest blog posts on your homepage. You can change that by going to your Dashboard > Settings > Reading and change what your front page displays.
