Link, tag issues with Sunspot theme

  There are several problems that have occurred today with the Sunspot theme on my newly created blog, fightthecurare.wordpress.com. None of these issues were present any previous day and all of these features had been successfully used on this blog with this theme:

  * The Insert/edit link function in the visual editor will reload the last page viewed rather than successfully inserting or editing a link. Links can still be manually inserted with html coding in the text editor.
  * The edit post link function will not work. Instead, the link is set to the default, long form of a post title.
  * The tag function will not work. Even though I click on the button to add a tag, the function will not respond.

  There may be other issues as well, but in each of the above three instances, I’ve been able to successfully use these functions before but for some reason I cannot use them now. I have had a contributor check to see whether they work for her as well, and they do not. I have cleared my cache and cookies, and that does not work either. I have switched broswers, and that has not resolved the issue. Frankly, I don’t know what else can be done short of switching themes and seeing whether that will have any impact on the usability of these functions.

  I have attempted a different theme (Twenty Ten) and that has not resolved the core issue.

  For the record, I have attempted Chrome and Firefox browsers when attempting to deal with this issue.
