Link takes me to home page not blog

When I put a link on another forum for one of my blogs the link goes to my the wordpress home page not to my blog. Is there a way to change the blog address? Right now it is divapat.wordpress.com–can I change it to blackcatbookreviews.wordpress.com which is the name of the blog?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you are talking about your name link when you comment on other wordpress.COM blogs, then yes, go to users > personal settings, and in the “account details” section at the bottom, change the URL in the website field. Make sure and click the save button.

Not when I comment —I want to put a link to Black Cat Book Reviews, Like in my e-mail signature.for example. The url for that blog is divapat.wordpress. When the link is clicked on I am taken to wordpress homepage–not Black Cat Book Reviews. If some one else were to go there they would or could click on My Blogs and have access to my dashboard,etc.
How can I make blackcatbookreviews the url? Is this possible?

Ummm, unless I’m not understanding, this is an issue with the link you set up in your email signature, not a problem with wordpress.
divapat.wordpress.com is not blackcatbookreviews.wordpress.com. You choose which one you want in our email signature and enter it into your email program.
If the link in your signature is divapat.wordpress.com then that is the blog it will go to. If the link in your email signature is blackcatbookreviews.wordpress.com then that is the blog it will go to.

And no one can access your dashboard except for you unless you would make them a user on your blog.
