Link text not in color

  I want to make the text that is a link appear in red. When I select the text and apply red (or any other color)it shows as red in the text viewer it is red. However when I look at the live blog it is black until the cursor moves over it the it becomes blue. How do i make the text appear as red ?

  Any text that is hyperlinked will change automatically.
  To change the color, look to the far right of your toolbar for “hide/show advanced toolbar”
  When you click this you will see a dropdown button to change font color.
  Highlight the text and pick your color.

  Actually, unless you have the CSS upgrade, I don’t think you can override the color of the link.
