Hi there. I don’t see any page on your site using tabs like this. Are you referring to a different site from http://maniehjbotha.wordpress.com/ ?
Page jump links might do what you want. It is possible to link to a page jump on one page from a different page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/page-jumps/

Oh. weird that I sent it from there.
its for http://www.mbhinstitute.com. See the home page and the links on Mind, Body, Heart and how it links to the MBH Philosophy page.
Thanks.

Helps if we’re in the same timezone (or country in this case ;-) ).
I’m afraid we can’t help you with http://www.mbhinstitute.com/ here. That site is a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software. This forum is only for free WordPress.com blogs. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Please visit the WordPress.org support forum for assistance: http://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t already have a username on that forum, click the register button in the upper right corner so you can post in that forum.
That said, creating page jump links for those three tabs should do the trick, but the people in the .org forum will have to help you with the how on that. As we can’t use that type of code here I’m not able to help you figure out exactly how to do that.
