Link to a specific part of a YouTube video

  Youtube allows you to create hyperlinks that go to a specific portion of the video. See http://www.mattcutts.com/blog/link-to-youtube-minute-second/.

  Could support for these parameters be added to WordPress? They do not appear as options in the current documentation and a brief try of adding a time parameter does not seem to work. http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/youtube/

  It could be because the instructions are not exclusive to WordPress.com blogs. It applies universally and is easy to locate by doing a Google search – or maybe not – shrug.
