Link to cancel theme not working

    I requested a refund for a premium theme that I’m no longer using. WordPress sent me an email with a cancellation link that is not working. I’d appreciate any help/suggestions/advice anyone has to offer. I’d really like to be reimbursed as I’m no longer using a theme that’s too complicated for my basic blogging needs. Thanks!

    Could should be able to cancel the premium theme under Store > My Upgrades by clicking the “Cancel and Refund” link, as long as you’re logged into the same user account with which you purchased the upgrade. Please let me know if this works.

    WordPress sent me an email with a cancellation link that is not working.

    I’ll send you an email about this as I’d like to take a look at the link that’s not working.
