Link to free download when readers sign up for email

  I want to offer my readers a free download when they sign up to follow the blog via email. It could either be an auto download or have them redirected to a landing page on my web site or a page on the blog.

  Does anyone know how to do this so I don’t have to manually send each new reader an email. Thanks.
