Link to latest posts?

  I want my homepage to be static. Is there a way I can add a link to ‘Latest Entries’ to this static page? Right now, I have to click on the ‘Month/year’ link at the end of the page.thanks!

  No you cannot do that but you can use a Recent Posts widget https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/recent-posts-widget/ in the footer.
