  We haven’t logged in a long time and need to do some updates and the old link is not working of: https://wordpress.com/go/wordpress-com/contact-wordpress-com-support/

  We have another site that we can get into by using:
  http://www.infinitetolerance.com/mycpanel

  but when we try http://www.ctwfl.com/mycpanel

  we get a page not found.

  But in this case we’re not able to help, as your site at http://www.infinitetolerance.com is not hosted on our servers on WordPress.com, nor is http://www.ctwfl.com. infinitetolerance is linked to your WordPress.com account by the Jetpack plugin, but both those sites were built using the open source WordPress software made on WordPress.org, and they are hosted at Hostmonster.com.
