link to media file hijacked by spammer

  I just discovered that somehow, someone had managed to replace my url link to an image in my media (showing in my sidebar) with a spam link to another site.

  I have deleted their link and put my own back – but how is it possible for them to have done this? I did not log in from any other internet network other than the one I always use – my home one.
