Link to my blog isn't being allowed on other social media

  When I tried to link my latest wordpress blog post to my Instagram and Facebook page, it was blocked by both Instagram and Facebook. They seem to think there is something suspect about it. I don’t understand? My Instagram has now been disabled so I can’t make comments on any photos, even my own! Could my blog be hacked? Or why is this happening?
