link to my blog when I leave a comment

  Hello :-) hope you can help. How do I leave a link to my blog when a make a comment on another blog. Do I have to leave my URL everytime? I’ve noticed my name does not have a like to it like most peoples do when they leave a comment. Thank You Smokeybones
