Link to my website

This is what I hate about WordPress. Everyone else on the planet has a customer service department where I can talk to a live human being. Apparently WordPress is too good for that.
Now, I want to create a link on my sidebar menu to my website. How do I do that?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can place a link to that site in a text widget
http://en.support.wordpress.com/links/text-widget-links/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/text-widget/Or you can create a custom menu http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#creating-a-custom-menu and directly link to your website in it http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#adding-custom-links

As bloggers seek to attract and engage an audience in written form they have good reading comprehension skills and can folllow written instructions.
On the bottom of your Admin page you will find a link to the Learn WordPress.com blogging Tutorial prepared by Staff. http://learn.wordpress.com/
The support documentation is all found at the Support link http://en.support.wordpress.com which is also on the bottom of your Admin page.
This is a peer support forum where Volunteers and Staff work cooperatively to deliver WordPress.com support. There is no phone support here and we Volunteers do not provide support by email.
There are no zombies or robots answering questions here. Everyone of us is a living human being and as far as I know none of us are cell phone addicts who suffer from nomophobia.
Volunteers answer most questions posted into forum threads and Staff monitor. When Volunteers cannot provide the required support we flag threads for Staff attention. There’s rarely ever a question posted here that has not already been asked and answered.
