Link To Old Post Above New Subject

Everytime I enter a new post in WordPress, a link to the previous post appears right above it. I don’t know what is causing this problem. Can anyone help? Thanks.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That is a feature – it is a bit theme dependent as to if the link is at the top or bottom of the Post – it take a CSS upgrade to remove it – the Previous Post is how many visitors navigate.

The blog linked to your username has been deleted. Consequently we do not know which blog your are referring to, whether or not it is a free hosted WordPress.com blog that’s being referred to and if so, which theme is being used. Please provide an active link starting with http:// when posting to the forum and please consider linking your active blog to your username so we can instantly locate the blog. Dashboard -> Users -> Personal Settings -> then scroll down to Account Details. Then scroll down to where it says ‘Website‘ select the URL for your primary wordpress.com blog and then save changes.

As auxclass has stated this is a theme dependent feature. It is coded into the template underlying the theme and we cannot edit templates or themes as all blogs wearing the same theme are using the same template. Therefore only Staff can edit and every edit they make affects all blogs wearing the same theme.

As you have not provided a link to the blog in question we are unable to examine it and determine if the behavior is “normal” or if there is a problem with your blog. Please post the link to the blog in question now.
