Link Tracking

    I would like to have a “My Friends Blogs” on the side of my page. I know that I could do this very easily using the “Links” widget. What I dont like about the links widget is the way it handles the images. You can not change the size of the images for a link and the such. Anyway, I used the text widget to place arbitrary HTML in the sidebar and have it looking the way that I would like. What I want to know is, if somebody clicks on that link will I know about it in the stats page?

    Links are tracked in stats. Links set up in a text widget? It still counts it. Test it for yourself. Log out of your blog. Then visit not logged in. Click on some of the text links. Then log back in and see if it shows under stats.
