Link two blogs

I started a second blog. How do I link the two so the people who are following my first blog will see my second blog too.

Could you tell us if both blogs are on WordPress.com? Or is one self-hosted on wordpress.org?
It is easy to move subscribers from one blog to another (instructions here)
but I’m not sure if there is a way to duplicate/copy them from one blog to another. You might need to put up a post/e-mail to let your subscribers know about your second blog so that they may choose to sign up.Hope this helps!

Both blogs are through WordPress.com. Reading the instructions it looks like you can link them for me. I would be happy to have you do that for me. Let me know if you can’t and I will try to figure out the second option.

What we can do for you is move your followers, so instead of following site A, they are following site B, but it doesn’t sound like that’s what you’re trying to do if I understand your original post correctly. All you want to do is link to site B from site A so site A’s visitors will know site B exists, correct?
There are two ways to do this: A menu link or a widget.
A widget is the simplest. On your first site, go to the customizer. Click on My Sites, then click the Customize button next to Themes. Then click on Widgets, select a widget area, and add a text widget. In the text widget, add the following:

If you’d prefer adding a link in your menu, you’ll first need to create a custom menu. Click on My Sites, then click the Customize button next to Themes, then click on menus. Create a new menu and set it as your primary menu. Click Add Items->Pages to add your existing pages, and Add items ->Custom Link to add a link to the other site. Remember to Save when you’re done.
