Link URL To Page

  Would like to have the home page of a separate site open when I click on the page button I set for it on my blog. Is there any way to do this? Another words, link the site’s url to the page so that when I open the page on my blog, the site opens.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  a) Turn the page title into a link as explained here:
