Link url when uploading pictures

  Hello. I’m new to the site and was uploading some photographs to a page. The default for the picture for my link URL was file URL. Because I posted a picture to a post once before, I knew I could remove the links by pressing “none” and saving. It worked great for the picture I uploaded to a post, but for the 36 or so pictures I posted on this page, it’s not wanting to work. I press “none” and save… but when I go back in, it’s all resorted back to the default of file URL. I searched on the forums, but no luck.

  If you are talking about the pictures on this page:
  http://paulandjina.com/pictures/
  then you are talking about inserting a gallery of images.
  With a “gallery” you have only 2 choices—link to an image (URL), or link to an attachment page.
  Link to “none” is not an option if you use the gallery feature to insert your pictures.

  If you don’t want your pictures to link to a larger image, or to an attachment page, then you must insert them one by one.

  And if you want the pictures to simulate a thumbnail album (without linking to larger images), then you will need to use a table.
