  I have a website http://www.oculusprosthetics.com and want to link it to this WordPress site so I can edit it from here can I do that

  Yes, that is possible. The Jetpack plugin can be used to create a connection between a WordPress.org site and your WordPress.com account:

  Jetpack

  Once that connection is in place, the site can be editing and managed from here.
