It was of great help. But while clicking on the icon, it iss not opening on the other tab. What to do?

Hi there,
Navigate to My Site > Menus, click on the pencil icon next to your menu item, and then check the box next to Open link in a new tab in order for your links to open in a new tab.
If that doesn’t work correctly, then please let me know. I’ll take a look over your site to see what’s happening.

Hi there,
I’m not currently seeing any social menu on your site. To set one up:
- Navigate to My Site > Menu.
- Select Social Menu from the first drop down menu.
- Next, choose the option to Add new menu from the second drop down menu.
- Click on the + icon to add a new menu item.
- From the resulting window, choose the Link option from the left.
- Enter a link to one of your social media profiles in the Link Address (URL) field and check the box next to Open link in new window/tab.
- Repeat the above steps to add as many links to your menu as you’d like and remember to save your changes once done.

Perfect! I’m able to see your social icons in the upper right and am taken to a new tab when clicking on them. :)
