Linked our business website to an entirely different company

Firstly let me say wordpress, that getting any assistance from you is very frustrating! I have gone halfway across the world on wordpress.org to post something in the discussion forum but I can’t, so I had to come back here. Tried logging in and it doesn’t work. I did post about this a few days ago and someone told me that my website is with wordpress.org and not .com and I must go post in the correct forum.
It clearly states on your website that if we are unsure which forum to post to, we will still get help and our question will be moved to the appropriate one.
We have a wordpress account with the website http://www.bustech.co.za and we are merging with another company and I wanted to change the custom URL associated with the company and not our old company name. But now it’s gone and linked it to a completely different company and we need it changed back urgently please. It’s linked with https://www.tsg.co.za/. We need to change it back to bustech.co.za
