LinkedIn cannot pick up my updated blavitar

  I am trying to link my blog to my LinkedIn profile. It keeps picking up my old blavitar. I can’t seem to get my updated blavitar to show up on my browser bar as well (i’ve cleared my cache).

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Have you cleared your LinkedIN cache? Also, the change is not retroactive.

  What is the new blavatar, as opposed to the old one? Perhaps we are not seeing the same thing.

  The new blavatar is a blurry photo of a person walking in the rain. The old one is an M&M. I’ll try clearing my LinkedIN cache, but I haven’t attached the link yet because I can’t get the right one.

  I see an unidentifiable pink thing as your blavatar.

  Yes, the pink thing is the M&M.
  After your response I cleared my cache in LinkedIn — but LinkedIn is still taking the old blavatar. The new one shows up in my dashboard — and under my settings (general) page — but it doesn’t show in my URL/browser bar or when I link it to LinkedIn. I changed it almost a week ago, so I know it’s not a timing thing.
  Any other thoughts are appreciated. Thanks for responding.

  I would try re-uploading it. It doesn’t look like it “took”.
