LinkedIn (Company Page) Connection to Blog Problems

  1. Social Link (Icon like Facebook/Twitter/Insta links) – Unable link to our company LinkedIn page. (It goes to a different page or a 404 page.)
  2. Unable to connect to our company LinkedIn page for sharing posts.

  Note: I have posting privileges on our company’s LinkedIn page, yet I still cannot connect our blog to it.
  Our LinkedIn URL (company name removed): https://www.linkedin.com/company/XXXXXXX

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We need actual URLs to assist you. You also must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the http://eyeballioblog.wordpress.com/ site.

  Have you consulted this support doc https://wordpress.com/themes/rebalance/ and scrolled down to “social links”?

  Hi @jennafclark, actually the linkedin icon in that widget only points to personal profiles at this time. If you’ll send us the proper link to your company, we can help you create this as an HTML/Text widget instead.

  You would just use HTML. So you could use these steps:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/add-social-media-buttons-to-your-sidebar-or-footer/

  Or make code something like this and use it in a text widget:
