LinkedIn has dumped WordPress
-
My blog was connected to LinkedIn – but it seems they do not allow this anymore, they have discontinued apps integration:
http://help.linkedin.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/34324/
And they specifically say their replacement feature does not support blogs.
However, WP still shows it as possible to connect to a LinkedIn account, as does all your support material.
Is this all being updated?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi David,
WordPress is still supported by LinkedIn to add new items to your activity stream. Their support document points to WordPress.com’s Publicize feature (found in Settings->Sharing):
http://help.linkedin.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/34326
For their newer program to show samples of their work, as you stated, blogs aren’t supported.
If you have any questions or need anything else, please let me know. Thanks!

Thanks for this. My problem was yesterday my WP blog told me I needed to reconnect to LinkedIn. I tried to do this but got an error.
The last time this happened WP support told me to log into LinkedIn and disconnect the WP app there.
So I tried to to that again, and in the apps section on LinkedIn was told there were no more apps :)
Anyhow, today I tried to reconnect again from WP to LinkedIn and it worked.
All a bit confusing though.
