  Can the adsense and google analytics plugin be added in the WordPress basic plan?

  Google Analytics feature is available in WordPress.com Premium, Business, and eCommerce plans. You can read about it here: https://wordpress.com/support/google-analytics/

  You can install plugins on your WordPress.com site if you have the Business or eCommerce plan.
