LinkedIn Theme

Hi,
I just wanted to know if there are some themes that looks like LinkedIn and behave like linkedIn.
I really liked the Thrive Theme (https://themeforest.net/item/thrive-intranet-community-wordpress-theme/12275020?s_rank=4), but it isn’t supported and only supports WordPress 4.9.X.
Do anybody have a better alternative?

However, in order to upload a custom 3rd party theme, like Thrive and any necessary plugins, your WordPressdotcom site would need to be on our Business plan.
