LinkedIn widget not working

  I am new to WP and I am trying to add the social media widgets to my blog. All of them are working except my LinkedIn. I notice that when I add my username, WP adds /in/ to the url, causing the link not to work. Any insight on this. I’ve looked all over LinkedIn to see if I have a different user name that works and can’t find anything. I hope this makes sense. Thanks
