  How do I add a link from an existing post to another article on someone else’s site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  General link model:
  <a href="URL HERE">Highlighted anchor text here</a>

  Open link in new window or tab:
  In the html editor (as well as in text widgets), instead of this:
  <a href="URL HERE">Highlighted anchor text here</a>
  you write this:
  <a href="URL HERE" target="_blank">Highlighted anchor text here</a>

  For creating links in posts and pages.
  For creating links in text widgets.
  For Blogroll links and using the Links widget.

  timethief, thanks for your help. I had just figured out what wasn’t working. I needed to hightlight the text like click here first, then the link tab would work. Oops!

  can you tell I’m a newbie? I had fun exploring your site & will be back!
