Linking a post to a menu

    Ok so i have just created 5 different menus on my blog by creating different page posts which i linked into Appearance > menus>categories > add menu

    the posts/categories i chose were;

    About, Howto guide, Around the web, Main courses, Desserts

    What i want to know is how can i link a specific post to a Category

    Example;

    My recent post of the main blog; Italian Outrage into the Around the web Category

    Any help would be much appreciated, Spent way to much time trying to work this out!

    My blog is seriousbacon.wordpress.com
