Linking a website to a namecheap that is also linked to minecraft

  Good day,

  I’m trying to link my wordpress website to a namecheap domain that I also use to host a minecraft server on.

  When I choose to setup my wordpress site using the advancedDNS options and paste the 3 given DNS types into namecheap nothing happens. even after waiting a full week.

  I’ll provide pictures below of the wordpress settings and the namecheap settings.

  

  

  The bottom picture are the namecheap settings, in which the A-record with “play” points to the minecraft server. Why is my website configuration failing?

  it started to “fix” itself, it is currently displaying as active or inactive after a page reload but the site and server seem to function fine for now.

  thats what I thought too a few days ago, but after checking again the day after everything had stopped working again and still isn’t working.

  anything you could do/know to help?
