Linking a WordPress blog to a Wix Account

    We have paid for the premium Wix account where we can link a web address to our Wix account and not have the Wix name in it. We have a WordPress blog and we want our Wix account to show up as placeoffood.wordpress.com. I don’t know if that is possible. It said we might have to just do blog.placeoffood.com. Which we would be ok with but it said we needed the DNS to create the sub domain. Can I please have the DNS record required to point to that resource/site?

    I’m afraid that is not possible. You cannot point placeoffood.wordpress.com to a Wix site.

    If you own placeoffood.com, you would be able to set up blog.placeoffood.com as your URL. But that is not something that we could help you with. You would need to work with the Wix support team and your domain registrar.
