Linking an domain name

    I have renewed my domain name with my host and I want it to link back to my wordpress website but it isn’t working. It has been linked for years until I allowed it to expire before renewing. Please can you guide me on how to fix this?

    Hi there!

    You had an old, no longer offered, standalone domain connection upgrade on your account. While we no longer offered this upgrade, we allowed customers who purchased this upgrade before we removed it to keep it indefinitely as long as it was renewed properly every year. It looks like you cancelled this upgrade in December 2022, which removed it from your account.

    Since this upgrade is no longer available, to have your domain be your primary domain now, you need a paid plan upgrade. You do get additional features on each plan level, so you can review what each plan offers and choose the one that best suits your needs.
