Linking an e-mail?

  Hey all, what is the code for linking an e-mail from text or either a .jpg image? I know how to do it in HTML but Word Press doesn’t recognize HTML??

  Also, is there any way to remove the text headings of each section? For example, my Disclaimer section has the word “disclaimer” overlapping my banner image. Thanks!
