linking and aligning images

  I want to set up a gallery page with thumbnails to other sub-gallery pages. When I create a gallery it will not allow me to insert the links for the appropriate page in the image specs. When I upload the images individually I can link them to the right page but cannot align them in horizontal rows, only a single, awkward vertical column. I am looking for helps on this, not sure I am phrasing it correctly to find an answer.

  Unfortunately, gallery items cannot be linked to anything but the images or their attachment pages.

  You could try using an HTML table instead: http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_tables.asp

  How about aligning images in a non-gallery format? it’s been really an awkward thing. Blogger does a better (but not great) job of posting multiple images side by side.

  You can align them within text, but that’s about it.

  Using an HTML table will give you stricter control over image placement.
