Linking and the TOS

  As part of a blog on piracy, I want to provide a link to The Pirate Bay. The site does not actually break the law because it doesn’t itself host any pirated material – it just searches for it. My question is, is it OK to link to them, or is that a violation of the Terms of Service (for infringing the prorietary rights of third parties)?

  Best bet is to contact support in the top right corner of your Dashboard, mon-fri, 9am-5pm PST.

  Or could you maybe link to the Wikipedia article instead?

  Linking to The Pirate Bay is fine. It’s not like it’s some obscure little site :)
