linking bitnami with already setup "wp" blog

  Hi
  I have already set up a wordpress blog on wordpress.com, but I now need to link it with bitnami (installed bitnami after working on my wordpress site).
  i was able to export my already files from my wordpress site, but working on this localhost wont change anything on the wordpress site.
  i think i did things a little backwards or something.
  any help please (noobie)
