Linking Blog Post to Topic in Menu Bar
-
So I’m new at this and setting up my blog currently. I have written a couple of blog posts to try it out and I have reached a stumbling block. The blog I wrote titled “Book Worm” is on my home page as well as the Books & Writing tab at the top of the page just how I like it. However, I can’t seem to be able to link the “Old or New?” blog post to my Architecture & Interior Design tab at the top of the page.
Long story short, I would like to categorize my blog posts into the topics in the menu bar at the top of the page so that if someone clicks on a current blog on the home page, it will take them to that blog, but then also offer them other blog items within that particular topic. Does that make sense?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Sure, that makes sense. :)
The issue here is that you’ve added Pages to your menu, not the Categories themselves.
https://limeinthecityblog.wordpress.com/architecture-interior-design/ is not the same as https://limeinthecityblog.wordpress.com/category/architecture-interior-design/
To correct that, edit the menu and replace those Pages with the Categories instead: https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
