Linking blog posts to different pages

I recently created a blog and I made 2 posts and when I click blog on the menu it shows me those two posts. I would like to keep them there but I would also like to have them appear on seperate pages. Instead of linking posts to categories I would like to create blog pages for different categories. For instance, if I review a movie I would like the post to appear on my blog page along with all of my other posts, but on the drop down menu from ‘blog’ when you click on the page ‘reviews’ I would also like that post to appear there. I’ve watched tutorial videos and read through some of the manuals but I can’t figure out how to do this. I’m pretty sure it’s possible because I’ve seen other wordpress sites do it but I can’t figure it out.

Hi,
You can do this with Category Pages. Any post you tag with certain categories will appear on the Page you wish.
Add Categories for your blog posts, then create menus for each Category.
