Linking Blog Posts to Pages

  Hi there, I’m using the Dyad 2 theme and I’m trying to link my blog posts onto pages but I can’t figure out how to do this. Can anyone help?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello @hungrychloe,

  How do you want it to link? Do you want a menu at the top of your page that goes to the blog post? Or you want to just put a link within your blog article going to a page?

  Hi Rose,

  Thanks for getting back to me!
  I have a menu at the top of the page that I want to show up certain blog posts when you click on them.
  My blog is a cooking one so I have pages for recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner so when I create a blog post of a recipe I want to be able to link it to one of those pages.
  Basically I want the breakfast page to have all the breakfast recipes on and lunch page with all the lunch recipes on etc etc

  Hello Chloe,

  You can do that with Categories (Breakfast, Lunch, etc). You will add Categories for your blog posts, then create menus for each Category.

  You can add Categories by following the instructions from this link:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories/

  Then to create Category Page and Menu, see instructions from this link:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/category-pages/
