Linking blogs under custom menu categories

FIRST: A BIG thanks to “timethief” for heading me in the right direction to create a custom menu.
I’m half-way to the creature I wanted to create.
Each of my postings falls under 1 of 7 different categories. I want readers to be able to click on the category & have it drop down with a listing of all of the postings that fall under that category (I’m giving each posting a name).
I’ve created a custom menu with the 7 categories listed, but can’t figure out how to link the postings to each appropriate category.
Once again, help!

Huh? I think what you want to do is put the categories into the custom menu. If you click the categories in the sidebar, I think it takes you to what you want. I’m glad I looked before I replied.
