Linking .com address upgrade

  I joined wordpress and started blogging on a free account I then upgraded to a $18 a year .com address but this is not linked to my profile and I cannot switch to this address as my primary one. Can you please help me link my roseannereynolds.com address, which I have paid for, so I can switch to it from roseannereynolds.wordpress.com

  Hi there. According to GoDaddy roseannereynolds.com is available for registration, which means you don’t own it yet. Something might have gone wrong during your domain registration. Please try registering it again from Store ->My Domains in the dashboard: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/register-domain/

  If it still won’t register, please let me know and I’ll tag this for staff.

  Also check if the charge went through on your credit card the first time. If it did and you get charged a second time, also let me know so staff can refund that for you.
