Linking Custom Header to home
-
Been trying to find CSS code to make my custom header link back to my homepage. My theme is Mistylook but has been upgraded to a custom design.
Many thanks in advance.

Removing your Site Tile and/or the optional tagline form the Settings > General page on any theme where there is no option to hide header text on this page > Settings > Header means search spiders will not locate the Sitle where they expect to find it and that can result in issues with getting you content indexed by search engines.
You can suppress the display of header text on Mistylook. You cannot link the header image as you want to do.

@TT: It’s possible even without the upgrade.
@dinaravila: You need to ask this question at the CSS forum, not the Support forum.

Wow! I didn’t know that. I was going by this and made an incorrect assumprtion > http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/editing-css/#maintaining-your-custom-headerP.S. Maybe I’m dense or something but I just get why there needs to be yet another thread created? Why can’t this one simply be moved to the CSS Forum by Moderators or Staff?

Better to put a modlook on the topic so I can move it to the CSS forum rather than having duplicate questions. No mind. But I’ll just close this one and refer CSS experts to the newly posted topic in the CSS forum:
